TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS FOR COMMISSIONING

When commissioning me, you automatically agree upon my TOS. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!Any unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour during commissioning is not tolerated, and I can at any time cancel your commission. Please write in a clean and understandable manner, and provide clear references for the commission.. . .Complex characters may be simplified or incur additional charges, depending on the type of commission requested.I will only work with clear, unshaded and easy-to-read refernece sheets or images in order to accurately complete your commission.
If the provided references are overly shaded, low-quality, inconsistent or hard to read, an additional design fee may be charged or the commission will be declined entirely.Please ensure that all important details (colors, markings, accessories etc.) are visible and accurate.. . .You are not permitted to remove my signature from the finished artwork in any form.You're always welcome to ask for WIPs, but please do not rush or push me in any sort of way, art takes time so please have patience.If you require your commission to be completed for a specific date or event, you may request a priority service for an additional fee. See Payment & Refund Policy for more details.I remain the right to refuse a prioritised service, if I deem myself unfit to finish your commission in the requested timeframe.If you fail to follow the TOS, I have the right to cancel your
commission at any time.

COMMISSIONING PROCESS

You send me details about your commission (character, pose, background if any, general ideas etc.) and I'll provide a price quote based on your request!If you agree on the provided price quote, I'll send info about payment.WIPs will be provided for each stage of the process:
Sketch, Lineart, Colors.You will be given the opportunity to request changes during each stage. Once approval has been given, no major changes will be accepted in the later stages of the process.If I miss a requested detail or element during the commission process, it is your responsibility to point it out during the current approval stage! I will do my best to follow your request accurately, but I may occasionally overlook a detail.Once a stage is approved, I will not go back to make changes to that part. Please review everything carefully during each approval stage and let me know if anything is missing or incorrect before approving.When the final stage is approved, the artwork will be considered complete and a high resolution file of your commission will be sent to you!If you have ordered a physical product (stickers, badges etc.) You'll need to provide me with a shipping address and payment for shipping if not already done.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All commissions must be paid in full upfront through PayPal. Payment plans can be discussed!Make sure that you can make the payment within a week after commissioning a piece. A full refund can only be made within the first week, and if I haven't started working on it.I will provide a full refund regardless of progress, if I deem myself unable to finish the commission.If you have bid on a YCH or Adopt commission, you must be able to pay upfront within 48 hours of purchase, unless other has been stated.The rush fee for prioritised commissions ranges between 20% to 40%, depending on different factors such as the size, complexity and the amount of time available to complete the commission before the given date.The fee for NSFW commissions is +€20
